Cross Homes (Lewes) Ltd have recently purchased the parcel of land on Hammonds Ridge identified in the screenshot to the left.

We are committed to creating a development that complements the locality and meets local needs. 

We are currently considering three potential development options for this site, and we would greatly appreciate your local insight and feedback.

The Development Options Under Consideration:

• Option 1: 6 Houses, and 9 Flats.
• Option 2: 9 Houses.
• Option 3: 15 Flats.

This land which was owned by Mid Sussex District Council was intended to have a community use building and 12 residential units. However, the Local Authority decided not to deliver the community use building and to dispose of the site.

We kindly ask that you review these options and share your thoughts with us. When replying, please state your preferred option and any specific comments you have regarding design, access, landscaping, or local impact.
